Mrs. Theresa Nyitse serves as the Accountant General of Benue State, where she is responsible for the overall management of the State’s public finances, treasury operations, and government accounting systems. As the Chief Accounting Officer of the State Treasury, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring prudent financial management, accountability, and transparency in the administration of public funds.

A seasoned finance professional and public administrator, Mrs. Nyitse has extensive experience in government financial management, budgeting, treasury administration, and public sector accounting.
